By bringing together talent across China, Europe, and Australia, he has positioned Tsquare at the forefront of AI-enabled design technology.

Anthony now leads Tsquare’s business development and strategic growth, working closely with enterprise clients and public-sector partners across Australia.

Shaheer is an accomplished architect and urban designer with over 30 years of experience delivering complex projects across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.

His work spans residential, civic, and institutional developments, with a strong focus on spatial quality, sustainable urban form, and public architecture.He has led design teams in international competitions and national-scale planning projects, collaborating with both government agencies and private developers. As a founding director of AUDAD, he has played a key role in bridging architectural practice with design policy and education.

Ian is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership in infrastructure, property, and government-sector delivery.

He was the founding CEO of APP Corporation, building it into one of Australia’s top national consultancies. At Transfield Services, he served as Chief Development Officer and CEO of the Defence, Social and Property sectors. In that role, he led global business development and strategic growth initiatives, overseeing major government and enterprise programs across housing, social infrastructure, and large-scale property portfolios.

Now as a partner at Tsquare, Ian brings strategic leadership, deep domain insight, and high-level stakeholder expertise to ensure our AI solutions align with the operational, procurement, and regulatory needs of real-world projects.
